The JTC Materials List compiles a collection of endorsed materials that are suitable for JTC's construction projects. The purpose of this list is to enhance productivity by facilitating the approval procedure for proposed materials, allowing for preliminary verification to confirm their compliance with JTC's standards and specifications.

When submitting the required goods, materials, and plant for works related to JTC developments, contractors must refer to the approved materials list to expedite the material approval process overseen by the Superintendent Officer or Superintendent Officer Rep. Specialists Trade Alliance of Singapore (STAS) will pre-screen and review the submitted documents, on behalf of JTC, in accordance to the Evaluation Criteria.
